BBC security correspondent Frank Gardner has used a wheelchair since being shot on assignment in Saudi Arabia in 2004. He has tried snow skiing but hadn't tried Water Skiing since his injury. A competent water skier before his injury, he had heard of "adaptive water skiing" but says it had been that "one challenge too far" – until now.

Frank talks about his experience and how good it felt to be on the water, having a 'break' from his wheelchair. A feeling he will not forget and can't wait to do again by the sounds of it.

This just shows that water skiing really is for everyone, and can be extremely versitile to fit the needs of the skier.
