Job Description

British Water Ski & Wakeboard, the National Governing Body for water skiing and wakeboarding disciplines in the UK, are undertaking an exciting period of change and development. To support our plans for growth we are recruiting a Qualifications & Training Coordinator to join our team at our HQ in Chertsey, Surrey. The role is an exciting opportunity for someone to directly contribute towards the development of the NGB and the sport. 

The role is a key position for British Water Ski & Wakeboard's (BWSW) plans to expand its network of affiliates (clubs, ski schools, cable sites and partners) and to grow the core market of the sport (participants, volunteers, officials, coaches etc.). The role will be key in supporting BWSW's business development aims to diversify and grow income streams with the overall aim of becoming less reliant upon Sport England funding. With an adaptive and innovative approach, the post holder will need to orientate their focus and workload as part of a changing environment and developing sector.
