BWSW Qualified Boat Driver / Coach

Term: As soon as possible until the end of October

Tallington Lakes Water Ski and Wakeboard centre is looking for an water ski and wakeboard driver/coach; to work flexible hours starting as soon as possible through to the end of October including weekend work. A BWSW qualification is mandatory.

Duties will include:

• Undertaking sessions from the water ski and wakeboard syllabus including large school groups, kids clubs and private one to one lessons.
• Maintaining all aspects of the water ski and wakeboard department.
• Undertaking and assisting with other on site activities, where appropriate.
• Assisting with the day to day running and maintenance of the Tallington Lakes Water Ski and Wakeboard Centre.
• Qualifications and experience in other activities are desirable.

The successful candidate must be passionate about water skiing, wakeboarding and watersports, teaching to all ages and standards, and eager to push our business forward. Whilst furthering their own skills and knowledge within the different activities at Tallington Lakes. Accommodation is available if needed.

Qualifications ...

• Ski Boat Driver Level 1 (SBD1) (minimum)  
• BWSW Level 1 Coach (preferred)

Certifications...

Desirable but not essential: 

• Frist Aid 
• Enhanced DBS
• Safeguarding

Club Coach/Manager

Term: Seasonal April till end of October

Ellingham Waterski & Wakeboard Club is looking for a coach/manager with experience in at least one discipline and the ability to adapt and coach others in all disciplines (ski, wakeboarding and wake surfing).

• The position is for the 2025 season which will start from April.
• A BWSW qualification is mandatory.

Skills and Experience ...

• Coaching water ski, wakeboarding and wake surfing to members, visitors and private one to one clinics.
• Maintaining all equipment provided by the club.
• Undertaking and assisting with the upkeep of the club grounds and club house when possible.
• Good people skills, organised, good time keeping.

Qualifications ...

• Ski Boat Driver 2 (SBD2)
• BWSW Level 1 coach 
• BWSW Level 2 coach (minimum)

Certifications...

• First Aid Certificate
• Enhanced Disclosure Check (DBS / PVG) Certificate
• Safeguarding and Protecting Children Certificate

Any other information...

DBS, safeguarding and first aid certificates can be organised through the club for any successful candidate.
