Thorpe Lakes have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team.

As an operations manager at Thorpe Lakes, you will have a broad involvement across a range of facilities and revenue streams. Including the Aqua Park, Boat Lakes, Cable Park and Catering Facilities. This role is suited to a self-motivated individual, capable of setting their own work agenda and leading a team driven to exceed customer expectations, under pinned by a culture of excellent health and safety.  

Skills and Experience ...

The ideal candidate would have previous industry or hospitality experience or have experience in health and safety compliance and safeguarding.

This is a full-time, hands-on role that includes weekends. With the option of flexible working hours outside the main season of May - September. Competitive salary, on the job training and bonus schemes all included.
