Job Description

Loch Lomond Leisure are a busy watersports centre based at the popular tourist destination of Luss on the beautiful Loch Lomond.

Loch Lomond Leisure are looking for an enthusiastic wakeboard/waterski instructor and boat driver to provide waterski, wakeboard and wakesurf coaching in a fun and professional environment following the BWSF syllabus. Other duties include, drive for Inflatables ringo rides/banana boat,  work as part of a team to prep boats and kit for the day, dealing with customers and bookings in a friendly and professional manner,  ensure the highest standard of safety is maintained at all times, Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.  Be flexible in your job role and be willing to assist in other roles as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.  Candidates with RYA training will also be required to drive our Luxury Speedboats for boat tours, Stag & Hen groups and corporate events at Loch Lomond.

Skills and Experience 

  • Candidates must hold a BWSW Ski Boat Driver Level 2 (SBD2) and BWSW UKCC waterski/wakeboard level 2 coaching qualification or above
  • Previous wakeboard/waterski coaching experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers of all ages
  • First aid valid for the duration of the your employment
  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children Attendance Certificate.

Other certifications are desirable; RYA/MCA Training is desirable but not essential as further training will be provided.

Pay based on experience and qualifications from £7-£9 per hour.
