We are pleased to announce the launch of a new digital, cloud-based membership platform, designed to make managing memberships online more user-friendly and efficient with a modern approach. . .

As part of this upgrade, physical membership cards will be replaced with digital membership cards and therefore, it is important that each individual registers and logs in to the new membership platform. Your online account will provide everything you need as a BWSW member and more. You should have received an activation email from us already, and letters are being sent in the post. 

Use the login button on our home page to access the new membership platform and login to your new account. 

You will need to use the ‘reset password’ button to first login. (If a username has not been included above, we do not currently hold an email address for you, and you will therefore need to contact us by email or phone to assist with your registration.) 

RENEWAL & MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Your current membership is due for renewal on 1st April, and we very much hope you will choose to renew for the coming season. As a valued member of British Water Ski & Wakeboard, we truly appreciate your support. Your membership enables us to continue providing valuable programmes, products and services. In return, our membership package offers many benefits, to include a new ‘rewards’ scheme, providing numerous discounts to you available via our new membership platform. UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

Once you have registered, you will be able to update your profile. If you are on a family membership, you will have access to your family members’ profiles also. As you were a member last year, you will be prompted to renew for 2026. If you are a member of a club/centre, your membership will need to be renewed via the club. Once this has been renewed, you will receive an email confirming so and an email which prompts you to download your membership card. 

FAMILY MEMBERS

The membership process will differ slightly, particularly for family members. All members will have a plan associated to their account – for example, a family membership of two adults and two juniors will show a membership plan for each individual on the family membership.

Once you continue through the renewal process to your basket, you will then see that the membership plan has been discounted to offer the family membership price. If you are on an individual membership, you can follow the steps to pay online. You will be provided with options to pay by card, or to set up an annual subscription.

DIRECT DEBIT

If you previously paid by direct debit, this will be transferred over to a new provider, and you will receive a notification of this. You will receive further communication in due course confirming when we will be due to collect your payment. An email address for yourself is required to ensure we can collect your direct debit.

QUALIFICATIONS

All qualifications you hold are dependent on your BWSW membership remaining active. Some qualifications may also have additional requirements to ensure that they are active. Your profile will display all qualifications you hold with us, along with the current status. Your profile will show if there is anything you need to do to maintain or reinstate your qualifications if they do not appear as active. Qualifications may be subject to re-testing in the event that membership is not maintained over any 12 month period. If you need to renew your coach licence, you can do so here. 

COMPETITION LICENCE

You can buy competition licences after logging in from here. You will also be able to buy competition licences for anyone you are linked to within your family.
