In order to purchase a Wakeboard/Wakeskate Licence you must be a current British Water Ski & Wakeboard member. Once you are a current member please complete the form and return to BWSW with payment either by post or email. Please note that payment is only required for the International Licence however, a form MUST be completed whether competing Nationally or Internationally. If you wish to email the form please note that you must have signed the form in order for us to process your application.
